I further agree not to participate in the sport or other social activity if I believe that an unsafe condition has not been corrected.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:1.38;text-align: justify;margin-top:12pt;margin-bottom:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre;white-space:pre-wrap;\">I am aware and understand that participation in the sport or other social activity is a potentially dangerous activity and involves the risk of serious injury, disability, death, and\/or property damage. I am also aware of the contagious nature of bacterial and viral diseases, including COVID-19 and the risk that I may be exposed to or contract such disease(s) by participating in the sport or other social activity. Further, I understand that my attendance and participation in sports or other social activities involves certain inherent dangers and risks, including, but not limited to, the risk of physical injury, personal or psychological injury, temporary or permanent disability, illness, pain, suffering, death, property damage, and\/or financial loss. These risks include, but are not limited to, those caused by: (i) the actions, inactions, or negligence of Stonewall Sports, Inc. and its local affiliate chapters and their participants, volunteers, spectators, coaches, event officials, referees, and organizers; (ii) conditions of the venue or equipment used; (iii) rules of play or nature of the social activity; (iv) weather conditions; and (v) condition of the other participants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:1.38;text-align: justify;margin-top:12pt;margin-bottom:12pt;\"><b>I hereby knowingly and freely assume all risks, whether known or unknown, associated with attending and participating in a recreational sports league and any related social events (including, but not limited to, risks related to the spread of COVID-19 or other contagious diseases) and agree to indemnify and hold Stonewall Sports, Inc. and its local affiliate chapters and their directors, officers, employees, independent contractors, agents, representatives, sponsors, and participants, harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, costs and damages (including attorneys&#8217; I agree that no oral representations, statements, or inducements apart from the foregoing written agreement have been made.
